Open AetherStep, select Options, then select Support. The Support & Accessibility screen lets you report bugs, confusing moments, and balance feedback straight to the developer, and adjust text size, contrast, colors, and touch-target options.

Reach the developer directly at [email protected]. Include your display name and what happened; screenshots help. Do not send passwords, sign-in tokens, or health records.
My steps aren't syncing. AetherStep reads steps from Apple Health or Android Health Connect with your permission. Check that the permission is granted in your device's health app, then reopen AetherStep. A brand-new account starts from today — steps from before you installed cannot be imported.
A purchase didn't arrive. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Restart the app first; if the item still hasn't arrived, email us with the store receipt and we will make it right.
I want to delete my account. In the app: Options → Account → Delete Account, or use the account deletion request page.
