Delete your AetherStep account

AetherStep provides two ways to request permanent account deletion.

Delete inside the app

Open AetherStep, select Options, then Account, then select Delete Account and confirm. This is the fastest option.

Request deletion without the app

Email [email protected] with the subject AetherStep account deletion. Include the display name and player ID associated with the account, if available. Do not send a password, sign-in token, health record, or private key. We may ask you to verify control of the connected sign-in account before deletion.

What deletion removes

Deletion removes the provider sign-in link, your email address and password hash if you had one, refresh tokens, push tokens, notification settings, messages and reports, purchase/fitness detail, friendships, transient party state, guild membership, and identifiable archived leaderboard entries, and anonymizes the player record. Non-identifying aggregate gameplay totals may be retained. After deletion, signing in again creates a new account.
